I was very skeptical to try creatine at first but Nicolette, an influencer on Tik Tok convinced me to give it a try. I mix it with my pre workout as well and my greens drink. I feel a huge difference in my recovery and also see more tone in my mucles.

Sooo good, I have the flavor strawberry & it’s so good. Sometimes I put it in my smoothies for a little extra greens. Makes me less bloated & I can definitely tell a difference when I take them vs when I don’t.

The strawberry flavor is amazing and DOES NOT taste like protein which is amazing 💪🏼😻I have found that I am more easy to recover between my workouts and my digestive system loves this! Now, I did try the vanilla milkshake and I did taste protein but that’s okay, I’m going to buy strawberry again soon! Thanks guys !
